Participation Procedure – Short Guide - Impresa Art Contests and festivals

Registration:
- Fill out the participation application on the festival’s website.
- Receive the “Cruise Application” form via email.
Document Preparation:
- Complete the “Cruise Application” form following the instructions.
- Send the completed form to info@impresa.pro.
Payment:
- Receive the invoice for cabins via email.
- Pay the invoice for cabins within 3 days of receiving it.
- Before 03.04.2025, make the following payments:
  - Participation fee.
  - Excursions (if required).
  - Meals (if required).
  - Transfer (if required).
Discounts and Benefits:
- Early payment discount:
  - Pay for seats in cabins before 01.03 to receive a 10 € discount per seat.
- Group discounts:
  - For every 20 paid seats, one free seat for the group leader.
  - For transfer to Tallinn by a group of 40+ people, a 5 € discount per participant.
- Children:
  - Up to 5 years: free accommodation (if the child sleeps with a parent in the same bed).
  - 6–11 years: 20 € (fuel surcharge and CO₂ fee, provided the child sleeps with a parent in the same bed).
Soundtracks:
- Send soundtracks to info@impresa.pro before 21.04.2025.
Boarding Documents:
- Fill out consent forms for parents and group leaders. Bring the printed forms with you when boarding the ship.
- Bring the required documents for boarding:
  - Original passport or ID (for EU citizens).
  - For non-EU citizens: passport and EU residence permit.
Communication:
- Subscribe to the WhatsApp channel for “Talent Show” participants and group leaders.
