Dear participants, teachers, group leaders and parents!

We invite you to the international cruise competition-festival for vocal ensembles and choirs BALTIC CHORAL VOYAGE 2026, which will take place on 18–20 November 2026 on board Baltic Queen on the Tallinn — Stockholm — Tallinn route.

The festival combines competition performances, professional communication, leisure with the group and family, a visit to Stockholm and an extensive entertainment programme on board. The competition programme is held in the two-level Starlight Concert Hall.

SPECIAL FEATURE OF THE 18 NOVEMBER SAILINGThis sailing will feature a special nostalgic music cruise to Sweden. The legendary Heidy Tamme and Voldemar Kuslap will take the stage together with the Horoskoop ensemble and present the golden collection of Estonian music. The sailing programme also includes dance music, a lottery and traditional bingo.

18.11.2026, Wednesday

• 11:00 — registration at the Port of Tallinn, boarding the ship

• 11:30 — soundcheck — Starlight

• 13:00 — competition programme — Starlight

• 18:00 — Baltic Queen departs from Tallinn

• 18:10 — continuation of the competition programme

• in the evening — show and concert programme on board, including performances by Heidy Tamme, Voldemar Kuslap and Horoskoop; performance times are determined by the Tallink programme

• 22:00 — karaoke, live music, disco and other entertainment on board

19.11.2026, Thursday

• 10:30 — arrival in Stockholm (local time)

• 10:45–14:00 — Stockholm tour (for those who have booked the excursion programme)

• 14:00–16:00 — free time in Stockholm

• 16:00 — transfer from central Stockholm to the port (for those who have booked the transfer)

• 17:00–19:00 — awards ceremony and gala concert — Starlight

• 17:30 — Baltic Queen departs from Stockholm for Tallinn

• 20:00 — evening show programme

• 22:00 — karaoke, live music, disco

20.11.2026, Friday

• 10:45 — arrival at the Port of Tallinn

• 11:30 — Tallinn tour for participants with the corresponding transfer/excursion package; free time for the others

• approximately 13:00 — departure of organised transfers from Tallinn

HOW TO APPLY

Step 1 — Pre-registration

Pre-registration is free of charge and requires no payment.

For the first 100 places or applications submitted by 10.09.2026, a special offer applies: −10 € per person from the base cabin-place price.

Step 2 — Final List & Cabin Booking

Until 01.10.2026

Submit the final list of participants and cruise application.

The organiser will issue an invoice for cabins and any additional services ordered. The booking is confirmed after payment according to the invoice terms.

Step 3 — Competition Application

Until 15.10.2026

Submit the creative application with the nomination, age category, participant/group name, programme and technical requirements.

A separate invoice for the registration fee will be issued after the application is received.
