PARTICIPATION RULES / REGULATIONS
Purpose and Objectives of the Festival:
To discover new talents, provide opportunities for creative interaction, and introduce participants to the national culture, arts, and traditions of various countries.
Format:
The festival includes a competition program and a non-competitive program.
Age Categories for All Competitive Nominations:
Baby: Up to 6 years old
Kids: 7–12 years old
Juniors: 13–17 years old
Adults: 18+ years old
Mix: Mixed age groups
The age group for ensembles and Mix is determined by the average age of the participants.
Competition Nominations:
Vocal
Participants: Soloists, duets, trios, ensembles, family groups.
Categories: Pop, folk, classical, original song, jazz, pop/rock.
Performance Requirements:
All vocalists perform live, accompanied by a backing track (-1), a musical instrument (e.g., synthesizer), or a cappella.
Performance duration: Up to 4 minutes.
Dance accompaniment is allowed during the performance.
Evaluation Criteria:
Intonation accuracy and sound quality.
Mastery of performance.
Suitability of the repertoire to the performer’s abilities and age category.
Stage presence and cultural presentation.
Choir Competition
Participants:
Educational and amateur choirs from children’s music schools, arts schools, secondary specialized music institutions, creative centers, university students, and amateur groups.
In children’s choirs, up to 20% of the participants can be adult musicians.
The minimum number of participants: 10 people.

Fashion theaters, fashion schools and studios, educational institutions, modeling agencies, and other organizations involved in modeling and clothing design.
Presentation Requirements:
Participants present an original collection on a free theme.
Performance Duration:
Up to 4 minutes.
Evaluation Criteria:
Idea.
Integrity of the composition.
Originality of the directorial vision.
Expressiveness in revealing the collection’s theme.
Spectacle and artistry of execution.
Plasticity, choreography, and musical accompaniment.
Public Reading Contest
Performance Content:
Participants recite short literary works (poems, fairy tales, fables, short stories, or excerpts from prose).
Performance Duration:
Up to 3 minutes.
Evaluation Criteria:
Expressiveness of reading.
Conveyance of the image or theme.
Non-Competitive Program
Participants:
No age restrictions.
Performance Duration:
Up to 4 minutes.
Categories:
Any of the competition nominations.
Application Requirements:
When applying for the non-competitive program, indicate “participation out of competition” in the “nomination” section of the application form.
Participants can apply for one or more nominations.
Jury
The jury’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
The international jury includes producers, educators from specialized institutions, leaders of creative groups and organizations, as well as cultural and artistic figures.
Awards and Scoring:
Evaluation System: Performances are scored on a 10-point scale.
Grand Prix: 10 points
Laureates:
1st place: 9 points
2nd place: 8 points
3rd place: 7 points
Diploma Holders:
1st place: 6 points
2nd place: 5 points
3rd place: 4 points
In each age group and nomination, the jury determines winners based on the average score: Laureates of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees, and Diploma Holders of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees.
Awards
Awards are presented based on genres and nominations in the corresponding age categories.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd places are awarded in each nomination and age group.
Duplication of awards is allowed (e.g., two first places, two second places, etc.).
Grand Prix is awarded to a soloist or ensemble regardless of the nomination or age category at the jury’s discretion.
Diplomas: All participants receive diplomas.
Special Prizes: Outstanding participants are recognized with special awards and memorable gifts from sponsors and festival organizers.
Trophies and Medals:
Winners (soloists and ensembles) receive trophies, and all participants receive participation medals.
Duets, trios, and quartets are awarded large medals with their ranking position.
Prize Fund and Monetary Awards
Gift Certificates: Certificates for participation in one of the 2025 competitions by the Impresa Production Center (€100, €50, and €20).
Video Recording: Professional video of the participant’s performance (3 cameras, cost €40).
Gifts: Presented by sponsors and the festival organizer.

Copyrights
By submitting an application and participating in the contest, participants consent to photo and video recording, as well as audio recording of their performances on stage and during other festival events. Participants transfer all related copyrights arising from such recordings to the organizer.

Participants cover expenses related to travel, medical insurance, and stay at the festival at their own cost or through the organization sponsoring their participation in the competition.
The organizing committee reserves cabins and meals on the ship for international participants, organizes transfers and excursions, and assists with visa arrangements by providing invitations.

Age Restrictions and Consent Forms:
Due to Tallink Grupp’s age policy, minors can only travel with a parent or a chaperone aged 25 or older.
For minors traveling without parents:
Download, print, and fill out the Parental Consent form, granting permission for the child to travel.
The accompanying adult (teacher or another adult 25 years or older) must fill out the Leader Consent form, taking responsibility for minors during the trip.
Each teacher may complete one consent form for up to 10 participants.
Additional Information:
The performance order and rehearsal schedule approved by the organizing committee are not subject to change.
Technical requirements must be coordinated with the organizer during the application process.
Unaddressed matters in the regulations are resolved on an individual basis.
